A Kanban board for Claude Code. Each card is a session. You write a task, the plan streams into the Plan column, the agent works in In Progress, and the finished work waits for you in Review. You read the diff and you decide.

I made it because I kept losing track of my own agents. Too many terminal tabs. No clear sense of what had finished and what was still running.

Each card can run in its own git worktree, so several agents work in parallel without stepping on each other. Project tiles show live progress, git status, and the last thing that was said. There is a Testing column with real test runs, and a preview pane that runs the card's code. GitHub goes through the gh CLI you already have.

There is a rough roadmap in the repo. It is early thinking rather than a plan, and it also says what I am not going to build. No shared boards, no telemetry, no backend. Overture drives your own CLI with your own login and it never touches your Claude config.

This is version 0.1.0. Things will change and some things will break. It needs macOS 26 on Apple Silicon and your own claude CLI, signed in. Agents run real commands, so please read the diffs before you merge anything.

Screens

  1. The board in a test project. Three columns, Backlog, Plan and In Progress, each holding one card. The Plan card is outlined and waiting on a question, and the In Progress card is tagged Idea and shows a running cost estimate.
A column per state, and a card is a session rather than a note about one.
  2. A card open over the board, on its Chat tab. The ticket sits at the top, then the agent's opening line and the shell commands it has run so far. At the foot a highlighted panel says the agent wants to run Bash, prints the exact command, and offers Allow once, Always allow or Deny.
The agent stops and shows the command it wants to run. This is the part that makes running several of them at once survivable.
  3. The same card on its Activity tab. Four timestamped rows read newest first: planning started, moved from Backlog to Plan, title edited, ticket created.
Every card keeps its own history, so a board you come back to can say what happened while you were away.
