A two part workshop, ninety minutes each. The first ends with a brief and a build guide, the second with something running at a URL.
The workshop condensed to ninety minutes for students who had never built anything. Teams had working prototypes in about fifteen minutes.
Three prompts carry the method between phases: one turns a brain dump into a brief, two turn the brief into a numbered build guide.
